Welcome to Abhilekha ("we", "our", "us", "ABHILEKH INFOTECH PVT LTD"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Abhilekha School ERP software, website, and related services.

By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Definitions

"Platform" refers to the Abhilekha School ERP web application and associated services. "Institution" refers to the school, college, or educational entity that registers for our services. "User" refers to any individual authorised by the Institution to access the Platform.

2. Account & Registration

• The Institution must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
• Accounts are non-transferable. Sharing access across different institutions is prohibited.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts found in violation of these terms.

3. Services & Usage

• Abhilekha provides a cloud-based and offline-ready school management platform covering admissions, attendance, academics, fees, exams, staff management, communication, documents, and reporting.
• Features and module availability depend on the subscription plan selected by the Institution.
• We may update, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
• Usage must comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws and regulations.

4. Data & Privacy

We take data privacy seriously. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, store, process, and protect your data.

5. Payment & Billing

• Subscription fees are charged annually in advance as per the chosen plan.
• All fees are exclusive of applicable GST and other taxes.
• Payments are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including software, design, trademarks, and content, are owned by ABHILEKH INFOTECH PVT LTD. The Institution receives no ownership rights — only a limited, revocable license to use the Platform for its internal educational administration.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abhilekha and ABHILEKH INFOTECH PVT LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately if the Institution breaches these terms. On termination, the Institution's data will be made available for export within 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Haridwar, Uttarakhand.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Institutions will be notified of material changes via email or platform notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
